His primary representation has been for: (1) Title examination and opinions (most recently for the LA Haynesville Shale, Tuscaloosa Marine and Austin Chalk), (2) The sale and acquisition of multi-million dollar oil and gas properties (wells and pipelines), including due diligence reviews and preparation of related documents; (3) preparation of leases, farmouts, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, processing agreements, gas contracts, drilling contracts, and other agreements for development of minerals and (4) Practice before regulatory agencies such as the Louisiana Office of Conservation, State Mineral Board and the FERC, for unitization and other regulatory matters.
