About Caroline

Caroline Lenci concentrates her practice in the Business Law & Transactions Department, including Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Corporations/Partnerships/LLCs, representing a range of clients in commercial leasing, the sale and acquisition of commercial properties, small business sales and acquisitions, corporate counseling, and bank financing. Prior to joining DiFrancesco Bateman, Caroline worked at a boutique litigation firm handling contested foreclosure litigation matters, along with residential and commercial real estate matters. While studying at Rutgers School of Law - Newark, Caroline participated in appellate advocacy competition and represented Rutgers in regional contests. Following graduation, Caroline clerked for the Hon. Fred Kumpf, J.S.C. and the Hon. John Pursel, J.S.C. in Somerset and Warren Counties, respectively. Caroline was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the years 2019 - 2022.
