Chad is able to combine the legal experience and acumen acquired from working in a large firm, the insight acquired in positions in business, and the discipline acquired in the military to provide full solutions to his clients' cases. When not representing one side or another in lawsuits, Chad works as a professional mediator. He has been appointed to the Panel of Neutrals for Hurricane Ida cases by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, and the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana. Since he began practicing in 1999, Chad has handled a wide range of civil litigation and appeals in venues throughout Louisiana. He is experienced in the defense of complex litigation, including major class action lawsuits and mass joinder suits. Moreover, as a registered patent attorney who focuses entirely on litigation, Chad is able to bring these skills together in patent infringement lawsuits. He takes particular pride in successfully resolving lawsuits involving multiple parties and complex legal issues with favorable results and efficiency.
