About Charles

Charlie Fell believes that all people in this Commonwealth deserve fair and reasonable compensation for injuries as a result of the actions or inaction of others and cherishes honesty above all when dealing with clients. Prior to joining Bubalo Law, Charlie dedicated more than 30 years to serving hundreds of injured clients all over the Commonwealth of Kentucky and surrounding states in a variety of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, and exposure to toxic chemicals. As a trial attorney, Charlie has obtained both verdicts and settlements totaling well over $100,000,000.00. Charlie joined Bubalo Law because of their dedication to clients and willingness to tackle complex litigation against well-funded defendants. Charlie was born and raised in Shively, Kentucky, attended Louisville Saint Xavier High School (1983) and obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville, J.B. Speed School of Engineering (1987). Charlie received his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1991, graduating cum laude where he served as a member of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. Prior to graduating from law school, Charlie worked for several large corporations including, Air Products and Chemicals, Dow Corning, and Ashland Chemicals. Charlie uses his past knowledge along with his engineering background to better understand the action or inactions of large corporation defendants. Outside of the office, Charlie likes to walk his dogs, participate in triathlons, travel, and spend time at Rough River Lake with his family.
