Chris Lawson

About Chris

Chris Lawson is a Colorado native, and while he’s lived across the country and even in Europe, Colorado has always been his true home. He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from CU in 2010. Chris stayed in Boulder to attend law school at CU, graduating in 2013. While attending law school, Chris coached high level minor hockey for the Rocky Mountain Roughriders AAA program. Prior to joining White and Steele, Chris worked as in-house counsel and as a NHLPA certified agent, maximizing client rights under the NHL’s collective bargaining agreement, and engaging in all phases of contract negotiations for clients. In his free time, Chris enjoys playing golf, exercising, and traveling.
