Christine Cregar is an experienced litigator in all areas of criminal defense. Prior to joining Fairlie & Lippy P.C., Ms. Cregar was a Senior Deputy Public Defender in Bucks County for over 15 years. She has litigated dozens of bench and jury trials, including homicides, drug delivery resulting in death, robberies, aggravated assaults, felony drug offenses, sexual offenses, thefts offenses and driving under the influence charges. In 2019 she earned “Star Attorney of the Year” from the Bucks County Bar Association for her work on a Drug Delivery Resulting in Death jury trial. She was named a “Top Lawyer of Montgomery County” in 2024 by the readers of The Reporter, The Times Herald, and The Pottstown Mercury. She is known for her down-to-earth approach and maintains close professional relationships with prosecutors, law enforcement, and the Courts. She is a faculty member of the Public Defender Association of Pennsylvania and has taught classes for newly admitted attorneys. In 2022, she was appointed as a Hearing Officer by the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas for competency proceedings under the Mental Health Procedures Act.
