Dave Keightly Jr. is Fairlie & Lippy’s newest associate attorney. He previously worked for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office for almost 11 years and was a Law Clerk for Fairlie & Lippy in its early days. He has known and worked with Steve Fairlie and Liz Lippy for 20 years. Mr. Keightly has handled almost every kind of criminal prosecution, primarily focusing on firearms, drug dealing, serious vehicular crimes like homicide by vehicle, automobile theft, and DUI. His prosecutorial experience helps him predict the opposition's strategies and assess civil personal injury claims.
