Mr. Moore represents and assists municipalities throughout Ohio on a wide variety of matters, including reviewing and drafting legislation, providing review and input into taxation issues and the best ways in which to fund development; land use and zoning enforcement; and property acquisition. Chris has served as the Solicitor for the Village of Batavia since 2010 and acted as the Law Director for Batavia Township, Ohio from 2004-2014. In addition, Chris has extensive first chair experience representing and defending corporations throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia in premises liability, construction, civil rights, personal injury, and amusements and recreation park litigation matters. Chris has spoken at seminars on the topics of premises liability and safety, insurance defense issues, and most recently spoke at a national meeting of claims professionals on matters related to Casino safety and claims handling. Mr. Moore is a native of Cincinnati. He and his wife, Linda, have two children, Thomas and Maggie.
