Chuck Obianagu joined Falk Waas in May 2022. Previously, he served as Allstate Staff Counsel, defending insurance carriers in various proceedings including bench and jury trials, mediations, and arbitrations. He has experience litigating first-party and third-party personal injury claims, property insurance claims, and other general liability claims. He received trial advocacy awards at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and was inducted into The Order of Barristers.
