About Connor
Connor hails from Hot Springs, Arkansas, a vibrant city nestled among lakes and forests. He earned his undergraduate degree in English with a focus on Early Modern Literature at Hendrix College, a respected liberal arts institution in central Arkansas. Connor then graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2019, where he honed his legal skills as a student attorney in a criminal defense clinic and gained valuable experience clerking for a state judge, the Washington County Public Defender’s Office, and the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office. After passing the Arkansas bar, Connor began his legal career in personal injury law before transitioning to a role as a full-time public defender in southern Arkansas. There, he gained extensive trial experience, handling cases ranging from low-level misdemeanors to complex homicide defenses. Connor and his wife recently relocated to Portland, Maine. Together with their two dogs, Bruno and Wallace, Connor is embracing life in Maine, exploring its natural beauty, breweries, and vibrant community. When he’s not advocating for his clients, Connor enjoys playing and watching soccer, mountain biking, hiking, cooking, and discovering new spots with his dogs. He is eager to make a meaningful impact in his new home and foster connections in the local community.
