About Cynthia

Cindi’s primary focus is the defense of workers’ compensation and liability claims. She travels throughout the beautiful state of Wisconsin defending employers and insurers on workers’ compensation matters as well as liability cases. She became interested in insurance defense when working as a claim representative and supervisor for State Farm Insurance. Her favorite part of practicing law is meeting with clients and witnesses to put together the pieces of the case to provide a defense. Every case has it’s own twists and turns which makes each one unique. She also enjoys giving seminars to insurance clients; given her past experience working in the claims business, Cindi finds that she really connects with claims staff when training on Wisconsin workers’ compensation law. Cindi is a member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), Claims Xchange, Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation, and Wisconsin Association of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys. She was sworn in as a member of the United States Supreme Court in May 2015. She is member of the Rotary Club of Rice Lake and serves on the Liturgy Board of her church.
