Dan Ward is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C. where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation. Mr. Ward works with Michael J. Soska, Esquire on cases where clients sustained serious injuries. Since starting with Simon & Simon, Mr. Ward has achieved multiple six-figure settlements for injured victims. Additionally, Mr. Ward volunteers with the Glaucoma Service Foundation at Wills Eye. The focus of this volunteer work is to end preventable blindness in Philadelphia. Mr. Ward is a native of the Philadelphia area. In 2009, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University. After graduating from Penn State, Mr. Ward attended Drexel School of Law where he focused his studies on health care law, earning a Health Law Certificate, with honors. Additionally, Mr. Ward worked as a law clerk at a general litigation firm located in Philadelphia, where he first discovered the passion for helping injured clients. Mr. Ward is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and New Jersey bar and licensed to practice before The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and The United States District Court of New Jersey.
