Daniel McGee has achieved phenomenal success in litigation and trial of personal injury matters involving serious injury and complex litigation. He achieved a $3.3 million dollar verdict in Rancho Cucamonga in a products liability case. Prior to starting his own law firm in 2001, Daniel McGee spent 16 years working at one of California’s leading personal injury law firms. There, he served as law firm manager, associate attorney, and partner. During his tenure, the firm achieved outstanding success with more than $100,000,000 in verdicts and settlements, including the largest verdict (over $25,000,000) in U.S. history against a police department. In addition, Mr. McGee was intimately involved in numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements involving products liability cases against auto manufacturers.
