About Daniel

Daniel Nigh, a Founding Partner, is the national Co-Lead Counsel for the Valsartan lawsuit MDL 2875 and chairs its science and experts committee. He also serves on the Zantac Plaintiffs Steering Committee, chairing its science and experts committee. Previously, he was instrumental in the Benicar litigation, which resulted in a $358 million global settlement, and was involved in DePuy ASR and Bair Hugger litigations. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Polk City, Florida, Daniel graduated fourth in his class at Auburndale High School, excelling in sports and chess. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Florida Southern College, where he was active in honor societies and music. He graduated magna cum laude from Stetson Law School in 2003. Before law school, he was the lead singer of a Christian rock band and a youth minister.
