Mr. Dalton is a founding partner at Mickelsen Dalton and a dedicated attorney with a passion for his clients. He represents people that have experienced life-changing events or crises due to the acts of someone else and find themselves facing powerful or well-connected interests. Prior to forming Mickelsen Dalton, Danny worked for law firms across South Carolina and Georgia where he was part of teams obtaining several eight-figure settlements and verdicts. Danny and his cases have been featured in news outlets across the country, including South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, and Illinois. Danny has successfully litigated high-stakes cases in the areas of premises liability, inadequate security, catastrophic auto accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, motorcycle accidents, and wrongful death. Prior to law school, Danny worked in strategy roles for large technology companies. Danny made a career switch after his family suffered a loss and he was able to see, first hand, the positive impact that a good attorney can have on the lives of individuals and families. Mr. Dalton graduated from the Charleston School of Law with top honors and is licensed to practice law in both South Carolina and Georgia. Throughout his career, Mr. Dalton has insisted on learning from the best and has learned the practice of law alongside some of the top attorneys in the region.
