About Jonathan
Jonathan Nolley has practiced personal injury law since 2004. Originally from Georgia, Jonathan practices out of our Seattle office where he handles catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters. Also admitted to practice in Georgia, Jonathan regularly handles cases on both the west and east coast. Having previously worked for a large insurance company, he is familiar with how insurance companies and large corporate defendants litigate and defend cases. He brings this experience to help grieving families and injured persons fight back against these same insurance companies and corporations. Jonathan has tried cases to verdict, arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases successfully, and has enjoyed success at the appellate level. He is experienced in handling all types of personal injury cases including wrongful death cases, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, negligent security, sex abuse, and premises liability cases. Having made a career taking on clients that bigger firms turned down, Jonathan does not mind challenges and enjoys finding creative ways to find justice for his clients.
