David A. Nasrollahi

About David

David A. Nasrollahi is a trial attorney specializing in personal injury cases, including trucking and auto accidents, premises liability, dram shop negligence, and insurance bad faith litigation. He grew up in Greenwood, South Carolina, and attended the College of Charleston before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he also obtained a Children’s Law Certificate. He clerked for The Honorable Perry M. Buckner and previously worked for a defense law firm in Charleston. He was recognized in the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2023 and 2024 and as a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Charleston County Bar Association and the South Carolina Association for Justice.
