David Cripe, a native Nebraskan born in Beatrice in 1970, is an Attorney at Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1993 and a law degree from Creighton University in 1998. After being admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association, he served as an Assistant Public Defender for Douglas County for two years. He then specialized in insurance defense litigation and medical malpractice defense law at Sodoro, Daly & Sodoro for over eight years, gaining valuable insight into insurance company tactics. This experience makes him a strong advocate for his clients in personal injury cases. David is actively involved in his community, chairing fundraising events and coaching youth sports at St. Margaret Mary church and school, and Creighton Prep.
