About David

David O’Neill, a lifelong resident of Nebraska, is an Attorney at Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and earned his law degree from Creighton University in 2005. He previously served as an attorney in the Sarpy County Public Defender’s Office and the Office of the Federal Public Defender before re-joining Hauptman O’Brien in 2007. David is a member of the Offutt Advisory Council and is actively involved in his community, serving as a past board member for the North High School Foundation and Partnership 4 Kids, and organizing the Sams & Briggs Annual Baseball game. He is also president of his neighborhood association and the North High School Booster Club.
