Dave DeGreeff focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on medical negligence, nursing home litigation, complex pharmaceutical and/or medical device actions and catastrophic personal injury. Dave has successfully represented clients in all aspects of litigation, up to and through trial, including serving as primary counsel on numerous cases resulting in multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements. He has been appointed by various courts to serve on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee, Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee, and Common Benefit Fee Committee for multiple consolidated litigations. He also served on the trial team for several complex medical device cases, including the first bellwether case in the In Re: Bard Filters Product Liability Litigation which resulted in a $3.6 million-dollar verdict for the plaintiff.
