About Roger
Roger Nail has been litigating high-stakes personal injury cases since the late 1990’s. He founded The Nail Law Firm to focus on representing those injured by negligence. He previously served as a felony prosecutor and worked at an international law firm defending product liability and professional malpractice cases, gaining insight into corporate defense strategies. For nine years, he was a partner at a plaintiff's personal injury firm, specializing in complex medical information and thorough investigations. Since 2005, he has represented victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death, including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, motor vehicle accidents, and product/premises liability, as well as mass tort product liability cases. He is recognized for his dedication to clients and has received numerous awards, including the Thomas J.
