David Iversen is a seasoned Litigation Trial Attorney with over 13 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. He has successfully tried numerous state and federal jury trials, securing multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Before joining Kelly Law Team, David was a Partner at Hacker Murphy, LLP, managing 100+ cases. He secured a $9.5 million settlement in a complex motor carrier crash. His expertise spans catastrophic injury litigation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and class actions. He has been named to Super Lawyers “Rising Star” (2017-2025) and Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” (2021-2025) for personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, and commercial litigation. David is committed to mentoring young attorneys and fostering legal education, serving as a Board Member for the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, Albany County Bar Foundation, and the American Cancer Society of the Capital Region.
