John Kelly is the founding member of Kelly Law Team with extensive trial and litigation experience. His practice focuses on aggressively fighting to fully compensate those injured in automobile accidents, medical malpractice, trip and falls, dog bites, and work-related accidents. He is an excellent trial attorney who has successfully litigated several jury trials, obtaining outstanding results in personal injury cases. This experience is also vital to his negotiation skills because the opposing party knows that he will deliver at trial. Mr. Kelly is an expert in obtaining the most value out of settlements for his injured clients. He understands that the investigation aspect of each case is an essential key to obtaining the money needed to compensate the injured party. Mr. Kelly started his legal career in Nebraska working for the Nebraska Attorney General, then the Douglas County Attorney’s Office in Omaha, and later the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2011, he transitioned to private practice. He is admitted to practice in Arizona State and Federal Courts, and Federal Courts of New York. He received his B.S. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1999, where he majored in Business and studied Economics at Oxford University. He obtained his J.D. from Creighton School of Law in 2003.
