David J. Tiani, a Stamford native, is an attorney at Wocl Leydon. He served in the Marines as a Reserve, graduating as Honor Graduate and achieving the rank of Lance Corporal. He was activated for the First Gulf War in November 1990. After his military service and working in construction, he attended Pace University Law School at night while working full-time at Tooher, Wocl & Leydon. He graduated from law school and passed the Connecticut State Bar in 2003, joining the firm as an associate attorney. He was sworn into the State of Connecticut Superior Court in 2003 and Federal Court in 2017. His practice focuses on worker's compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability, working with partners to develop cases and negotiate settlements. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Fairfield County Bar Association.
