David Fried was presented with the 2017 James J. McLaughlin Award for demonstrating civility, legal competence, and exemplary professional behavior. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and focuses on personal injury, including auto accidents, slip-and-falls, medical malpractice, aviation disasters, construction accidents, and lead poisoning. He has argued two cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court, resulting in a landmark ruling regarding HIV/AIDS claims. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and Rutgers University School of Law and an elected member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
