David Madison Tidmore

About David

David Madison Tidmore received a B.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama in 1978, an MBA from Samford University in 1983, and his law degree from Birmingham School of Law in 1988. He brings a unique perspective to litigation from his background as a human resources and manufacturing executive. He also served as a special studies instructor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, lecturing on employment law. His practice areas include wrongful death, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, product liability, pharmaceutical drug litigation, and employment law (specifically workplace injury, workers’ compensation, and retaliatory discharge). He is co-author of 'Personal Injury Law: An Overview for Alabama Accident Victims'.
