Dennis Weaver graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1992 and received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1995. He focuses his practice on pharmaceutical drug litigation, environmental litigation, nursing home abuse, motor vehicle accidents, and fraud. He has litigated cases involving defectively designed vehicles, constitutionally protected rights, and claims against entities for negligent roadway design. He recently served as co-lead counsel in the successful resolution of the largest financial elder abuse case in Alabama history. A dedicated advocate of victim's rights, he is a charter member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association and co-author of 'Personal Injury Law: An Overview for Alabama Accident Victims'. He has also served on the Vestavia Hills City Council and as Mayor Pro-tempore.
