Mr. David V. Sack is a civil litigator experienced in all phases of litigation, including trial. Mr. Sack has served as coordinating counsel for major pharmaceutical companies assisting in the defense of nationwide product liability actions. Mr. Sack has also served as corporate defense counsel in a wide range of matters, including government investigations and enforcement actions, securities litigation (on behalf of foreign and domestic clients), white-collar defense, FINRA broker-dealer arbitration, nationwide class actions, contract disputes, FDIC defense, insurance defense, breach of fiduciary duty, and commercial real estate litigation defense. In addition, Mr. Sack has successfully represented chapter 7 trustees and chapter 11 plan agents seeking recovery of fraudulent and preferential transfers. Mr. Sack has also represented corporate clients in antitrust MDL actions involving federal, international, and state issues, as well as in misdemeanor arraignments before California Superior Courts. Before joining Yukevich Cavanaugh, Mr. Sack worked in the litigation departments of two international law firms in New York, a patent litigation boutique in Silicon Valley, and a bankruptcy litigation firm in Los Angeles. Mr. Sack is admitted to practice in California and New York, the Northern District of California, the Central District of California, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.
