Deb's robust practice includes estate planning matters and bankruptcy proceedings. She counsels clients through each step of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate and guardianship matters. She has extensive experience in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and assists individuals and businesses seeking relief under Chapters 7 and 11 of the bankruptcy code. She also represents bankruptcy trustees in complex bankruptcy matters and litigation concerning bankruptcy estates. Deb’s expertise complements other practice areas in the firm, including civil and real estate litigation and property matters.
