About Mark

Mark has significant experience litigating workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. He has represented hundreds of clients before the state and federal courts, and the Department of Labor. He has also litigated numerous matters before the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Mark is a frequent speaker at legal education seminars regarding New Hampshire workers’ compensation and insurance litigation issues. In addition, Mark’s litigation skills have been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and New England Super Lawyers List.
