About Dina
Dina Nesheiwat graduated with honors from Stetson University and earned her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami. She then went on to earn her master’s from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, focusing on criminal and constitutional law. Ms. Nesheiwat began working with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office in the Crimes Against Children and Homicide Divisions and then went on to work with the Law Offices of Brinkley and Morgan in Florida, before joining Tacopina & Seigel. She is admitted to practice in Iowa, New York, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington, DC, as well as several United States Federal Courts and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. She is a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and Phi Delta Phi National Legal Honors Fraternity. Ms. Nesheiwat has been repeatedly recognized by Super Lawyers as a ‘Rising Stars’ attorney, an honor given to less than 2.5 percent of attorneys who exhibit excellence in practice. She specifically practices Criminal Defense, Postconviction Relief, Wrongful Convictions, Civil Litigation.
