About Preston
Preston Garrett is a dedicated criminal defense attorney known for his strategic advocacy, in-depth legal knowledge, and unwavering commitment to his clients. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Preston built a strong foundation in the legal field through nearly a decade of experience as a paralegal, working across a broad range of practice areas throughout Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Legal Assistant Studies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2018. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law, graduating with Dean’s List honors. While in law school, Preston’s exceptional writing skills earned him second place for the esteemed Robert L. Ballow Award for Excellence in Legal Writing. He is a vital member of the firm’s criminal defense team.
