As a lawyer closing complex commercial transactions and litigating business disputes for over 30 years, I organize a project team with our client and other stakeholders, consultants and professionals to efficiently and effectively achieve our clients’ goals, whether through negotiating to complete the transaction or resolving the dispute by a lawsuit, mediation or otherwise. My goal is always to resolve the problem to our client’s satisfaction and with the least cost and delay. Whether working with a single owner, local branch of a larger entity, or a major corporation, I know that budgeting, planning and managing the project is important to all of my clients, and that cooperative partnering with our client garners the best result.
