Dr. Giordano holds a BS from Columbia University, MD from New York University, MBA from Yale, and JD from UCONN Law School. He previously had an active surgical practice and co-founded a medical device company. He has testified as an expert in state and federal courts and served over 28 years in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of Captain, including service as a neurosurgeon in OIF and Afghanistan.
