Paul McConnell is a military medical malpractice trial attorney, former Marine Corps infantry officer, and federal prosecutor. He possesses extensive grand jury, trial, and appellate experience, having served as lead counsel or presiding judge in hundreds of matters, including over 55 jury trials. He focuses on prosecuting medical malpractice claims for military service members, veterans, and their families. McConnell previously served 14 years active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, including combat tours, and retired as a Colonel after thirty years of service.
