About Duncan

Duncan Street advocates for those injured in all types of incidents throughout the state of Indiana. Duncan graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law. During his time at Law School, Duncan was heavily involved with the Law School’s Mock Trial Team, while also coaching the University of Arkansas Undergraduate Mock Trial Team. Duncan also earned the top of class distinction in Trial Advocacy while in Law School at Arkansas. Before becoming an attorney, Duncan earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the Honor College at Missouri Southern State University. While at Missouri Southern Duncan discovered his love for the law when he joined the undergraduate mock trial team, eventually becoming the captain. He holds the distinction of being the most awarded mock trial participant in the school’s history. During his time in Missouri, Duncan also met his wife, who was originally from Southern Indiana. Away from the firm Duncan enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with his wife to visit their friends and family in Missouri and Arkansas. Duncan also enjoys building his own custom gaming pc’s as well as his own mechanical keyboards. Duncan and his wife have a huge heart for animals both big and small, and both love spending time with their cat and three dogs.
