About Dylan

Dylan R.F. McGurk is a trial lawyer who joined Dan Caplis Law after working for the last ten years in the state of Arizona. Born and raised in Colorado, he developed a competitive nature through Alpine Ski Racing, competing in the Junior Olympics. His competitive spirit and personal experience with car accidents drive his passion for personal injury law. He graduated with honors in Psychology from Fort Lewis College and earned his law degree in Arizona. Academic achievements include being an Honor Court Student Defense Counselor and receiving a CALI Award. He is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and has been named a Super Lawyers Southwest Rising Star since 2020.
