About Edward

Edward L. Sinclair III, CPA, Esq. represents clients in family matters, including divorces, custody petitions, and post-judgment actions, with a focus on reviewing small business ownership interests. He also handles Probate Court matters, including estate administration, conservatorship, and guardianship. Mr. Sinclair is a member of the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Fairfield County Bar Association, and Greater Bridgeport Bar Association. Before law school, he was part of the business advisory and audit practice of Arthur Andersen and was Vice President and Controller of a small professional firm. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, a Master of Science in Professional Accounting from the University of Hartford, and a Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law. At Quinnipiac, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, competed and coached in family law competitions, and was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He volunteered preparing tax returns for the VITA program and at the legal advice clinic sponsored by the Domestic Violence Crisis Center in Stamford, Connecticut. He is active in his church with mission projects, committee membership, and music ministry.
