Patent Attorney Ed Sisson joined The McIntosh Law Firm in 2022 in an Of Counsel role after a five-year referral relationship serving mutual clients. He is an inventor on over 30 U.S. patents and spent 20 years working for Fortune 500 companies before becoming a patent and trademark attorney. He has the unique experience of inventing, obtaining patents, commercializing, and defending those patents against infringers in the U. S. and Europe. Ed has been representing inventors before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office since 2004. Our business clients benefit from Ed’s previous experience as a Global Business Manager, Division Research Manager, Strategic Planner, New Product Development Manager, and Inventor. His business partnerships have him rooted in the Lake Norman community where he has been serving clients in North Carolina for over seven years.
