Emile Bagneris has had a successful litigation career spanning more than 23 years. He earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, and joined the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office, quickly becoming a senior prosecutor. He later joined a civil litigation defense firm where he was honored with partnership, representing large corporations and insurance companies. He joined The Bagneris Firm in 2016. Throughout his legal career, Emile has worked primarily on general liability, medical malpractice, product liability, commercial litigation, environmental litigation, professional liability, and auto transportation cases. With more than 70 jury trials and 200 judge trials in Orleans Parish, he is one of the most experienced and trusted attorneys in the region. He has also educated adjusters at large insurance companies on how they can defend against civil claims, giving him an edge in legal cases. He brings knowledge acquired representing corporations and insurance companies and his knowledge acquired as a criminal prosecutor to the law firm, having tried over 100 criminal cases to a jury.
