About Suzette

Suzette Bagneris earned her legal degree in 1993 from Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. She practiced at several civil litigation firms as an associate and obtained substantial trial experience litigating civil cases throughout the State of Louisiana, including class actions. Suzette started The Bagneris Firm in 2004 with a strong emphasis on representing victims of personal injury who may otherwise be overlooked or under-represented. She has enjoyed a very successful litigation practice, often successfully taking on “Goliath-like” corporations and national defense firms in very complex cases. She has received over $400 million in recovery for class action suits for her clients and is among the 1% of attorneys in the country who have been admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and won national moot court competitions as a law student. She is a nationally respected civil trial attorney who has handled some of the largest class action cases and personal injury cases ever settled and/or tried in Louisiana.
