About Eric

Eric Bell is Of Counsel with the Simon Law Group and the principal attorney at the Bell Firm, PC. His practice focuses on catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, and employment litigation. He previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Manuel L. Real. Eric was a trial lawyer at a prominent plaintiff firm, recovering millions for victims of California wildfires and obtaining several seven-figure verdicts for traumatic brain injury cases. He earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, winning two regional competitions and the Best Overall Advocate Award at the Tournament of Champions. He holds a BA from Brigham Young University. Eric is an active member of CAALA and Consumer Attorneys of California. He is admitted to the California State Bar, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He has published works in CAALA Advocate.
