Eric L. Nesbitt is a dual-licensed real estate and business attorney who has been practicing law since 1991. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate, business and contract negotiations and commercial litigation matters. He is also a Colorado-licensed real estate broker and founder of The Nesbitt Commercial Group. He has represented various clients including Wells Fargo Bank, FDIC, RTD, City and County of Denver, Urban Land Conservancy, and Canyon Title Insurance Company. He is a board member of the Colorado Bar Association’s (CBA) Continuing Legal Education organization and a member of its Real Estate Section.
