Mark E. Fenton, Esq., is a real estate attorney licensed to practice in Colorado with broad experience in both residential real estate transactions and litigation. He advises individuals and small businesses on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters. He began his legal career at a Denver civil litigation firm and established his own practice in 2019. His practice focuses on guiding clients through complex real estate transactions and protecting their interests in disputes involving evictions, real estate fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, partition actions, premises liability, and other real estate disputes. He is a former NFL player for the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans.
