Erin is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with a strong record of success in Anoka County. Before entering private practice, Erin served as a Public Defender in Anoka, where she built a reputation for securing favorable outcomes in a wide range of cases-from DWIs and assaults to serious felony charges. Her time in the trenches of Anoka’s courtrooms sharpened her trial skills and reinforced her commitment to aggressive, client-focused defense. Erin is known for her ability to challenge the State at every turn, forcing prosecutors to meet their burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Her results speak for themselves: dismissals, reduced charges, and not-guilty verdicts for clients facing life-altering consequences. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas School of Law, Erin was recognized for her work on progressive criminal justice reform, including co-authoring a proposed Vacatur Provision.
