Estela Barajas is a trial attorney at Franco Muñoz who represents injured workers in all phases of California workers’ compensation litigation. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has drawn on her extensive litigation background to secure multiple six-figure settlements and victories on medical treatment, temporary disability, and permanent-disability benefits-results that showcase her readiness to depose physicians, cross-examine adverse witnesses, and take insurers to trial whenever justice demands it.
