About Laura
Laura Stephan, Esq., embarked on her legal journey nearly three decades ago in Southern California, initially advocating for police officers in workers' compensation and personal injury cases. Over time, her practice expanded to encompass a broader spectrum of clients, including law enforcement personnel, physicians, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers, in both civil and administrative professional liability matters. One of Laura's most remarkable achievements is her successful litigation before the United States Supreme Court. In the case of Quon v. City of Ontario, et al. (2004) 560 US 746, the Supreme Court upheld Ms. Stephan's jury verdict-an accomplishment few attorneys ever realize.
