Eugene Parrs is a member at Harvey & Battey, managing estate planning, estate settlement, probate, and corporate matters. With over 50 years of experience, he is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 1973 and his B.A. from Brown University in 1967. He is a decorated United States Air Force Captain.
