Thomas C. Davis is a member at Harvey & Battey and the senior member of the firm’s real estate department, practicing since 1985. He holds a BA magna cum laude from Furman University (1982) and a JD with highest honors from the University of Maryland School of Law (1985). He is also a State Senator for South Carolina Senate District 46, having authored several bills and received numerous awards for his legislative service.
