About Fatima

Fatima understands firsthand the concerns and needs of the injured. The survivor of a car crash with lasting personal injuries, her fight to get justice for her clients is grounded in empathy and compassion. A native of Allendale, South Carolina, Fatima earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Columbia College in 2007 and graduated from the Charleston School of Law in 2010. In 2015, she joined The Eichholz Law Firm and earned the role of managing partner just two years later. As a personal injury trial lawyer, licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia, she handles cases ranging from motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death. Fatima has recovered over $30 million in combined settlements and verdicts for her clients and their families. Fatima has been the recipient of several legal honors. An active member of several legal organizations, bar committees, and the recipient of many legal awards, Fatima frequently speaks at legal conferences on topics regarding personal injury. Her top legal distinctions include being named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for six consecutive years (2018-2023), Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and Top 40 Under 40 for National Black Lawyers. Fatima has also earned a lifetime membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Fatima is also a passionate advocate for her community. She has been named to the South Carolina Pro Bono Honor Roll by the South Carolina Supreme Court for her commitment to volunteering legal services, was the 2019 Columbia College Alumna of the Year, and has received numerous local awards and recognition for her volunteering.
